The Quinta Outeiro da Luz is an estate with a mansion built around 1850. The house was completely renovated in 1999-2002. There was built also a pool, and a house standing in the garden was converted into a bungalow.
The park, which was originally a corn field, was constantly redesigned and planted so that today, with its many shady paths, it invites you to walks full of discoveries. It is rare to find such a variety of trees and plants as here in a private park of about 6000 square meters. There are also exotic plants, and fruit can be eaten in the appropriate season: oranges in winter until spring. In summer there are ripe plums, pears, maracujas and much more. Figs are available in summer and autumn; khaki and kiwifruit in November. At the pond, you can sit at an old stone wall and let the beauty of nature come to life. Everywhere there is seating: in the park, on a small hill in the park, in the patio, on the four roof terraces and around the pool. In the upper garden near the pool there are sun loungers.
Each of the three apartments has its own flair. All apartments have roof terraces with a great view of the village and the forest chains. In the distance you can see, depending on the weather, the sea. On the roof terraces are garden furniture; on the 1st floor and on the ground floor there are Hollywood swings. The roof terraces of the apartments also have sun protection over the whole terrace area. Behind the pool there is a barbecue. There is also a private parking space.
The apartments are largely furnished in the style of the turn of the century and the beginning of the 20th century. It is very easy to move into another world. And the garden also contributes significantly to this.
